Richard Higham, MA Oxon, Dip Arch, MPhil Auck, works at the Graduate School of Business at Otago University, where he teaches integrating management and entrepreneurship papers at the MBA, Diploma and BCom levels. Sara Williams is the author of the Lloyds Bank Small Business Guide, from which this edition has been adapted.
