Author's Bio

Martine Oborne is a former financial director who now owns two children's gift shops. She has written several successful books for both adults and children including, for Macmillan, ONE GORGEOUS BABY (978-1-4050-1968-2). Axel Scheffler is a star illustrator within the children's book world, and has created many prize-winning and bestselling books for Macmillan. He is best known for his picture book collaborations with Julia Donaldson, which include the modern classic THE GRUFFALO (978-1-4050-9235-7) and its sequel THE GRUFFALO'S CHILD (978-1-4050-5230-6), but has also illustrated many fantastic novelty and gift books.
