Author's Bio
Pippa Funnell's first big title was winning the 1987 European Young Rider. In 2000 she won silver with the Olympic team and in became European champion for the second time. She was the first ever rider to win the Rolex Grand Slam in 2003 and is part of Great Britain's eventing Olympic team for Athens. She has also earned a reputation for producing good horses out of unproven youngsters. Pippa lives in Surrey, England. Kate Green is a freelance author and journalist and eventing correspondent for Horse & Hound magazine. Her previous books, all published with David & Charles, are Schooling for Success (with William Fox-Pitt) and Training the Cross-country Horse (with Andrew Nicholson). Kate lives in Newbury, Berkshire.
