Author's Bio

Lucia Colbert (Cordova, TN) has completed more than 100 triathlons since 1990. She has raced at all distances from sprint to Ironman distance. Brent Manley (Memphis, TN) is a veteran of about a dozen triathlon relay races and an avid marathon runner. He has competed in multisports events for nearly a decade.
