Author's Bio

Internationally acclaimed and award winning chef, Dietmar Sawyere, comes from a family of restaurateurs and has been involved in preparing and cooking the highest quality of food since the tender age of 14. Dietmar traveled down under to New Zealand, where he made an impressive mark on the Auckland restaurant scene when he reinvented the Hyatt Hotel's Top of the Town, and then later, after setting up restaurants in Sydney, he returned to open Five City Road Restaurant. Dietmar now owns and runs the famous Berowra Waters Inn, and his newly opened French bistro, Ad Lib, has been garnering rave reviews for its French bistro classics with a modern twist and casual elegance.
