Description of this Book

It begins with Rat saying: Why are we so ugly? then four friends make fun of themselves desperately till Dog shows up. It doesn't matter if others think you're pretty or not, it's how you think of yourself matters, Dog said, and starts to play his saxophone. The music is so beautiful that the four didn't notice Dog is just as ugly as they are. Rat and Bat join in. They decide to have a concert, and Toad makes pancakes for the after-party. They think about all the guests who will come. But no one shows up. Then Rat says No big deal, we have music, pancakes, and we have each other! And they play beautiful music, just for themselves. The other animals hear and come too.
