School Fundraising – Good for Parents, Good for Your School

Wheelers unique Fundraising is an easy way that your school can benefit from all online purchases made by parents, friends and families throughout the year.
Every online purchase with Wheelers gives the buyer the opportunity to nominate a School or Early Childhood Centre to which 10% of the value of their order will be credited. |

How does School Fundraising work?
Step 1

Parents, friends and families visit www.wheelers.co.nz to shop Wheelers extended range of Adults and Children's titles. They add the titles they would like to their basket.

Step 2
|
At checkout they will be invited to select your School/early childhood organisation that we will credit 10% of their total order value (children's and adult titles) to.
NB: Every education facility with an account with us is automatically registered for Wheelers Fundraising. If your organisation is not listed please contact us and we will organise for you to be added. |
Step 3
|
Orders are sent directly to the buyer’s home, or to their nominated address. As a reward, your school will receive a credit on your school library account with Wheelers to be redeemed online on any titles, within 6 months.

Promotional Material – How to communicate this to your parents?
A great way for you to increase your credit is to promote Wheelers Fundraising in your school newsletter, to attach a PDF flyer to your email newsletters, or to feature a poster around the school or at admission. To help get you started here is some suggested downloadable pdf’s.

Further Information for Schools / ECE's
Redeeming your School Credit
Wheelers will email your school each month with the online credit that you have accumulated. Alternatively you may call with your Account Code at any time on 0800 890 333 and we will update you.
To redeem your credit, simply place you order online and quote the credit note number in the notes field through the checkout process.
