How much is delivery?

All orders placed on the Wheelers Books website are Freight Free. To find out more about delivery visit our Delivery Information page.

How do I minimise my search?

There are several ways to search for titles: via the search boxes, the browse categories icon (left hand side), the quick Browse icons (top left hand side) or by a filter search.

Title: If you are searching for a particular title, simply type in the ISBN in the first Search box and click on the "GO" button, or type the title name into the Title search box and select the title you want from the pop up selection.

Category: A great way to search for books in particular categories is to use the "Browse Books" icon on the left. This can be opened and closed at your leisure to make searching easier.

How can I pay?

There are different payment options to choose from, including Cheque and Direct Credit. Simply choose your selection on the 'payment' page during the checkout process. To proceed to checkout, simply select 'checkout' on your My Account box.

What is Book Worm?

Wheelers Book Worm is no longer available - apologies for the inconvenience.

How do I create a New Basket?

Creating a new basket can easily be done by signing into your account and clicking on the drop down box on the Basket Use icon on your My Account information.

How can I view my Order History?

Once you have signed in, simply select "Order History" on your My Account box.

How can I find my Order Number?

To view your current or older order numbers, simply select "Order History" on your My Account box.

How do I change my View?

There are three different views to help you browse. To change your views, simply select Detailed View, List View or Gallery in the grey information banner on each search page.

I can't view my Basket?

A quick easy way to view your Basket is to simply select "basket" on your My Account box.

I can't remember my password - how can I retrieve it?

Once you have selected the "Sign In" icon you will be taken to the Sign In page. Simply select the "Forgot Password" icon next to the Sign In button. If you have any problems, feel free to contact us.

When should I expect my order?

Delivery of your order depends on its availability. If your book is in stock at our Warehouse, delivery will be between 3-6 working days. Each product listed on the Wheelers website includes an estimated delivery time in the description. To learn more about this timeframe, please visit our Delivery page.

I am not identified as a School or Public Library?

Individuals and retailers are no longer able to place orders on our website. Please contact your local bookseller or another online retailer to obtain a book.

What is a customer code?

A customer code is your School / Library ID and can be found on your invoices. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems finding this code.

I can't view my Basket?

How do I organise a Book Week for my school/centre?

Wheelers Book Week is no longer available - apologies for the inconvenience.

How do I insert my Promo Code?

Your promo code can be added during the checkout process. If you select the "My Basket" icon in your "My Account" box, at the bottom of the page you will be given a field to type in your promo code.

How can I create a School, Library or ECE account with Wheelers?
