Author's Bio
Dr Sarah Bell-Booth is a registered clinical psychologist in New Zealand. She is also a mum of three children including twins. Sarah currently has a private practice in Auckland and is passionate about empowering children and parents to proactively enhance their well-being. Sarah has also written 'My Coping Skills Journal' for adults and 'Brave Book', which is a journal that accompanies this 'Mind Magic' book for young people. Techniques are drawn from the latest clinical psychology research and her clinical experience.
