The fifties in New Zealand were glory days. It was a carefree time for children, whose parents were finally happy that the war was over. Everyone worked together to rebuild their lives and looked to the future. I helped my father when I could, spraying the orchards, harvesting, m...aking hay and I attended a country school and mixed with local Maori families. Aged eleven I went to Boarding School in Auckland. It was a dramatic change and, along with my regular studies, I learnt to be independent and to think for myself. Upon leaving school, my parents had tertiary education in mind for me; I had in mind joining the workforce. My parents conceded and I left school with the intention to go farming. I worked on differing types of farms in New Zealand, followed by a stint in Australia, working on broadacre farming techniques. When I was sufficiently qualified, I began work with my father on the family farm in the Waikato region. After a period on the farm, I found that I was unable to work amicably with my father and I took my leave. For two years I crewed on two different yachts in the Pacific and Indonesian waters. This was a period of adventure and personal development which has provided many of the anecdotes I have related here. When I returned to the family farm, it was obvious that my father and I still could not work together. I left the farm for good and headed to the city to seek whatever came my way. I worked at several casual jobs until I could afford to travel and I flew to London with the promise of a job there. A new beginning, another book.

Sometimes the events of life can leave us resigned to feeling trapped within a seemingly inescapable maze of intolerable suffering. A constant struggle with challenges can be a sign of living from the ego. The good news is that there are ways to transform an attitude from ego lim...itation to one of infinite possibilities and abundance. In a guide to improving the whole self, Geoff Keall interweaves personal stories inspired by his family's recovery from generational childhood sexual assault with practical wisdom to guide others through a simple formula that encourages a change in perspective to escape limiting views and constant mental chatter and move toward greater self-awareness in all areas of life. Through his insight and tips, others will learn how to: -overcome early misunderstandings to eliminate anxiety, fears, and frustration; -quiet self-defeating mind chatter; -create abundance from thoughts; and -live in a state of grace and calm. The Semantics of i AM shares personal anecdotes, tips, and revelations that reveal a different way of thinking that leads to inner peace and a better view of what it means to be alive.

Behind the Blue door is based on the true story of a South African girl, growing up in a desperately poor family during the 1970s. Meg is the youngest of seven children. When their father died under dubious circumstances, their mother voiced out her suspicions to the one family m...ember she should have steered clear of. Her revelation unleashed fear, denial, and desperate measures to keep the truth from emerging. When an ambulance arrived unexpectedly to whisk their mother away, Meg and her siblings were left confused and floundering. Their aunt stepped in. She offered to foster the children, and the community applauded her generosity. But how empathetic was she in reality? Was everything the way it seemed behind the mysterious blue door? Poverty plays a major role in Megs young life, and it affected every aspect of her childhood. It was however, the least of her problems. Abuse, dark truths, and devastating lies weaved their way through her long journey to adulthood. But the beautiful Meg has tenacity, her own extraordinary secret, and a gift.

It's 2042 and a foreign power controls Australia. Mind reading robotic security guards monitor every move and thought. They patrol the streets, the farms and the university halls, and people who step out of line are eliminated or cut up for body parts. On the surface everything r...uns like clockwork, but the people are suffering. Factory workers are fed drugs to keep them passive, people on the land are evicted for foreign take overs and individual thought or spiritual belief is prohibited. But there is an underground resistance. It comes from the bush. Harry, an acutely sensitive young autistic boy, who can read minds himself, is horrified when the 'Wasps' try to recruit him. Tanja, beautiful, abused and alone, who must try to build a life for herself and her unborn daughter. Jodie, a gun toting girl from a cattle station, who joined a revolution in Africa before returning to Australia. Johnno and Moe, gifted students who meet Harry at a Sydney university. As their stories evolve and their lives cross paths, they must join forces to outwit the far-reaching tentacles of technology and the ruthless police state to survive.
